No jumping like a cat today to turn off the alarm but instead i was up 3 minutes before the alarm went off. I then turned the alarm off and shook away the morning drowsiness with cold water, which works almost always. Today the early morning thoughts were all over the place though. I found it hard to concentrate when doing the mindfulness session. It was tougher even to concentrate on the book i picked. I did manage to keep my focus a bit but then again it would delve into wayward thoughts. It’s going to be one of those days i thought where the mind would be filled with questions and would be rather gloomy. With this thought in mind i set out to jog.
